I found one of the best things to lose weight is to completely eliminate sugars - now that is a very BIG ask! I found that attending the meetings helped over just following it by myself. Somehow knowing that I had to weigh-in on Wednesday helped keep me from temptations. Maybe your program at the gym will serve the same purpose? Love your beading.
